About JARY
My formal education is as a biochemistry engineer with a Master's degree in science and I am currently working with artificial intelligence to feed Tasmanian fish.
I am Mexican, living for the last 5 years in Hobart. My first two years in Tasmania, I was giving private Spanish lessons to a range of students. I am excited to start providing lessons again as I have realised how interested many people in everyday life are interested in the Spanish language.
As a native Spanish speaker I would like to share this natural skill and help others to express themselves in learning or improving their language skills. Spanish slang, common expressions and phrases as well as how to express feeling and communication with body language and hand movements are just some of the things you will learn.
I love Spanish and I guarantee you will fall in love with this Romance Language. Every sentence is like poetry. I am also happy to share cultural knowledge and experience like Guacamole, Mexican recipes, and tequila.
If you are interested to go on this language adventure I would be happy to be your tutor.

Jary is the best Spanish teacher you can ask for. Super friendly and easy going, you will feel like spending time with a friend. She is very patient and you can be sure she will guide you every step of the way. Choose her and you´ll never regret it!
Jary es la mejor maestra de español que puedes pedir. Súper amistosa y relajada, sentirás que estás pasando tiempo con una amiga. Ella es muy paciente y puedes estar seguro que te guiará en cada paso del camino. ¡Elígela y no te arrepentirás!La enseñanza requiere de otros factores más allá de la pedagogía; el entusiasmo, creatividad, empatía y sobre todo cariño son algunos de los muchos valores que Jary tiene y sin duda al poder enseñar va a dejar en cada persona a su cargo.
Jary is amazing at what she does.
Being from Mexico she has fluent Spanish. She has been in Australia for a few years and is amazing in English too which makes it easier for her to understand and teach the Spanish language. It is always fun learning from her and she takes great pride in teaching the Spanish languageView more recommendations
