About Odelia
My interest in Spanish language and culture began during my university studies. I completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Spanish Language Studies and continued exploring the language through teaching and cultural learning. Over the past 5 years, I have helped students build strong communication skills in Spanish.
My teaching philosophy focuses on clarity and interaction. I believe students learn languages best when they actively practice speaking and listening. I guide learners patiently and adjust lessons to match their level and goals. Some students focus on travel communication, while others want deeper language understanding.
Outside teaching, I continue studying Spanish culture through reading, music, and conversation with native speakers. These experiences help me bring authentic language examples into my lessons. Helping students gain confidence in a new language is one of the most rewarding parts of my teaching journey.

My Spanish lessons focus on helping students communicate clearly in everyday situations. I begin with essential vocabulary, pronunciation practice, and basic sentence patterns. Students learn useful phrases for conversations such as greetings, introductions, and daily activities. Grammar concepts are explained step by step so learners understand how sentences are formed.
As learners progress, we explore verb conjugations, longer dialogues, and listening activities. Students practice describing events, sharing opinions, and asking questions in Spanish. Reading passages and cultural topics help them understand how language connects to real life in Spanish-speaking communities.
Learning a new language requires patience and regular practice. I encourage students to speak often and not worry about mistakes. With time, learners develop stronger pronunciation and greater confidence when communicating. My goal is to help students feel comfortable using Spanish while enjoying the learning journey.
