About Gaurav

Hello! I’m Gaurav.
I grew up between the United States and India, and later completed my higher education in Argentina, experiences that allowed me to live in and understand different cultures and to appreciate the transformative power of communication. I currently live in Salvador da Bahia, Brazil, a place that continues to enrich my perspective on language, identity, and cultural exchange. This multicultural journey motivated me to dedicate myself to language teaching and to promoting cultural diversity through learning.

I hold a degree in Anthropological Sciences with a social and cultural focus. For five years, I taught Hindi at the Faculty of Philosophy and Letters at the University of Buenos Aires (UBA). I also work as an American English teacher on the international platform Open English and teach through my own project, Profe Gau.
