About Benjamin
Born in Costa Rica to a Costa Rican mother and a Canadian father, I am native in both English and Spanish. I went to the British School of Costa Rica until 2022 when I moved to Toronto. I believe that language is a very powerful tool and having knowledge of more than one language is a requisite for a bright future.

My methods involve immersing students in Spanish in a way that encourages them to become invested in learning the language. The lessons will consist of an introduction to establish the level in which the student is currently at. From there, skills like reading, writing, speaking and listening will be advanced through the use of music, books, conversation, and written practices. These will be used to increase the students level whilst also keeping them interested in learning the language. These lessons are meant for 7th to 12th-grade students.
