About Adriana
Helping students flurish and tackle their learning difficulties is what i love about my job as a teacher!
I am a goal driven and determined person, and i like to instill this into my students as well by making the lesson as interesting as i possibly can. Furthermore, i try my best to continuously motivate them to do the best that they can.
I find solice in my efforts to make the classroom environment as comfortable as possible, by doing so i feel it removes any pressures or fear of making mistakes. That way my students are able to communicate with me regarding where they are at so that we can ammend what needs to be changed or look into other methods going forward.
Besides teaching, I enjoy playing sports, reading an interesting book with a good cup of tea, and play with my dogs.

I have a Bachelor's degree from the university of South Africa, majoring in English along with 5 years of teaching experience both online and in a classroom.
I believe in a holistic approach as each individual has different educational needs, taking into consideration how they learn best as there are different types of intelligences.
I center my lesson plans around the goals of each student and as we go along, i get to understand what works best for them and what doesnt and i adjust the lessons accordingly.
Lessons can ranges from 30minutes to 1 hour and i am able to help learners from the ages of 10-16.
