About Nicole
I am a South African international powerlifter and was a high performance gymnast for 14 years. I fully commit myself to every aspect of my life. I have been training in strength and bodybuilding sports for around 5 years now. I am extremely passionate about these sports. I believe in living a healthy and balanced lifestyle. personally for me I cannot get through everyday life without sports and training. and I would love to spread this passion and love to other people too. I am also a beginner level qualified gymnastics coach, and know how to properly formulate training programs and lesson plans as well as sharing how to do this.

When it comes to strength training i believe in form over weight. The correct form will help you achieve lifts that you may not have thought were possible. i believe in a flexible dieting approach, if nutrition is what you need help with. i format my lessons in a way that are fun and enjoyable as well as beneficial. i believe that exercise and training can be used as an escape from the everyday stresses of life and help you develop your character and overall personality.
I can teach in English but can understand Afrikaans, however i am unable to reply.
students can typically expect lessons that will help their knowledge in a specific sport or training area, as well as valuable exercises that will help them develop their skills. These sessions will help them improve their skill, strength and hopefully passion of a specific sport.
I can provide lessons to students of any age. primary school students, high school and university alike.
however, my experience comes from my personal journey through training as well as a beginner level gymnastics coaching qualification.
