About Charnque
Teaching guitar does not mean drilling endless scales until your hands cramp. Most people assume that learning complex theory is the only way to play, but I focus on the joy of the instrument. In my 6 years of teaching, I have worked with over 300 students ranging from kids to adults.
I prioritize practical skills like power chords and reading tabs over abstract concepts. My background as a self-taught musician informs how I break down fingerpicking and songwriting for anyone.
I have a genuine love for helping people find their rhythm. Playing music should feel natural.
Sometimes the simplest songs are the most difficult to master correctly. I bring 13 years of experience from various festivals to help you understand the narrative behind every chord progression. Please reach out if you want to start playing through some songs.
