Ho lavorato con cantine prestigiose e creato carte vini con oltre 200 etichette, focalizzandomi su vini biologici e biodinamici. Offro lezioni personalizzate per: Imparare a degustare il vino con consapevolezza. Conoscere le principali regioni vinicole italiane e internazionali. Approfondire abbinamenti cibo-vino per stupire amici e ospiti. Avvicinarsi a temi come i vini naturali, biodinamici e biologici.
