About John
Transitioning from 13 years in the performance industry to full-time teaching provided a clear path toward technical vocal coaching. Working as a Somatic Voicework specialist allows me to focus on sustainable belting mechanics without vocal shredding. Pitch control and vibrato mastery remain central to my instructional focus for singers seeking genuine refinement.
My practice supports artists as they navigate rhythm, phrasing, and breathing control. Whether we explore head voice transitions or range extension, the goal remains healthy, consistent output. Feel free to reach out if you want to chat about your voice.

Singing loudly often requires less effort than the typical performer expects. Most people strain by fighting their own natural anatomy instead of relying on efficient muscular coordination.
My 10 years of professional industry observation informs how we isolate specific vocal structures to build lasting habits. Students spend 60 minutes exploring mic technique and audition cuts through a lens of somatic safety. We build performance confidence while addressing warm up exercises that actually prepare the instrument for the stage. Expect to find a rhythm that works for you.
