About Maxwell

Hi there again! My name is Maxwell and I'm a seasoned software engineer and digital marketer. I graduated from the Lagos State University (LASU) with a degree in History and International Studies, having also had a previous diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering Technology from Cross River University of Technology (CRUTECH now University of Cross River).

I'm also a certified Open Source Technology (OST) Professional, iOS and Android Developer. My development projects include NollyVidz, an African movie entertainment app that went on to become number 1 trending app on iTunes in over 8 countries including Nigeria in 2013. I currently work with a global brand as head of Platform Development. I'm interested in imparting my knowledge and helping others build a career/business in software development. I'm passionate about leveraging on my skills to help others actualize their dream.

I've also had the honour of winning multiple awards for innovation and excellent product delivery, a testament to the excellence and hardwork I put into what I do. I'm married to my beautiful wife and we have a son.

About the lesson

Hi there! Are you interested in becoming a software engineer? or do you have interest in building websites, mobile apps etc? Then I'm here to help you. As a certified Open Source Technology (OST) professional, I offer training in PHP, HTML, CSS and Javascript, which are the building block for building responsive and dynamic websites. I also offer limited REACT lessons on request.

My goal is to offer practical hands-on training, using real life projects which helps all my students to build a portfolio of projects by the end of the training, so as to showcase and get offers from prospective employers or clients.

I teach in English and have excellent communication skills. I'm also open to one-on-one physical trainings on weekends within Lagos (Ikeja and VI axis). From Beginner level to Advanced Programming, I'm your go-to guy. Looking forward to working with you.
