• Tell us more about your subject. How did you develop an interest in this field?

  I am a software engineer with 6+ years of experience and a passion for coding. I had been into coding since my childhood and had taken classes for students of all ages. Also, by profession, I am an industry trainer.

• What or who is the motivation behind you choosing to teach & why?

  Coding and teaching is my passion. Hence, teaching to code comes naturally. As for motivation, my father was a parallel school teacher in his youth and is an excellent teacher.

• How does your work help society?

  I am an industry trainer. I help students, engineering students mostly, to understand the real industry works and help them adapt. I also help working professionals to adopt new technology.

• If you had to think of a role model for your work, who do you think of & why?

  My husband would be the role model for my work, if I have to name one. He is an excellent trainer, and students come back for his sessions.

• Tell us about your hobbies outside teaching.

  As I already mentioned, coding is my passion. Aside from that, I love to paint and read during my leisure time.

• Do you have an anecdote to tell us about your student or professional life?

  I have a student who I got from Superprof whom I still teach coding. The student is kind of my best friend right now and is part of my professional life as well.
