Have 26+ years proven history in successful Sales & Marketing, Product Marketing, Customer Hunting, Customer Retention and Engineering Skills & Knowledge in the Corporate and Manufacturing Sectors. I am an Accredited, Skilled, Qualified Skills Training Facilitator, Skills Development Facilitator (SDF) and a Skills Training Assessor with 6 years’ experience various in the QCTO & SAQA & SETA Learning Unit Standards with various Skills Development Providers. I have conducted many in-class (in-person) and online Training PowerPoint Presentations in various types of Skills Training and Instructional skills to a variety of audiences, groups of all sizes at business meetings. I am professional at using technology types i.e. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint. When training candidates I name myself an Edutainer as I educate and entertain whilst training. I communicate effectively with diverse workforces and staff at all levels from the production floor to Executive Management. I am a competitive and competent individual who loves dealing with people on a one-on-one basis, can fit into any corporate and working environment whilst also able to function in any high-performance team. I work very on my own with the guidance & instructions from my seniors as well as work well within a team environment. I have sound judgment to produce common sense decisions with innovative and resourceful solutions. I have respect for detail, accuracy based on an aptitude for numeracy and figures. I conduct in person and online (LMIS) Training to future business people. My experience and knowledge from 26 years in the Corporate Industry, I will transfer this to my students. I conduct my lessons in English as it is the Business Language of the World. I always require 2 way training sessions and keep the learner focused on the training.
