About Yasmin

Hi, I’m Yasmin!

I excelled at A-Level Sociology and currently work in the education field, giving me practical experience supporting students of all abilities. I’m passionate about helping students succeed and providing the guidance they need to build confidence, stay motivated, and achieve their goals.

I tailor lessons to each student’s pace, strengths, and goals, making Sociology engaging, relevant, and fun. I share tried-and-tested tips and techniques that helped me achieve top grades, and I help students see the world through a sociological lens, connecting concepts to real-life events and current issues.

Whether you’re looking to boost your grades, master essay writing, or feel more confident in exams, I’ll create a supportive and interactive environment to help you succeed.

About the lesson

My lessons are all about you — building confidence, boosting grades, and making Sociology fun and relatable.

Lessons are interactive and personalised. We’ll work through examples together, go at your pace, and focus on the areas you want to improve. Your first lesson is free, so we can get to know each other and your learning style before diving in.

After that, I’ll create a Student-Specific Sociology Success Plan and share my personal tips and tricks that helped me get top grades at A-Level. We’ll cover key concepts, essay writing, and exam technique to help you shine in exams.

I also help students see the world through a sociological lens, connecting ideas to real-life events and current issues to make the subject stick and feel relevant.

Sessions are typically 60 minutes and available online. Let’s make Sociology exciting, useful, and totally doable!
