About Aluwani
My name is Aluwani Access Mashapha, and I am a passionate and dedicated individual with a strong interest in education and personal development. I believe that education is one of the most powerful tools for changing lives, and I am committed to making a positive difference in the lives of learners.
I am particularly interested in teaching because I enjoy helping others grow in confidence and knowledge. Seeing learners understand a new concept, improve their skills, and believe in their own potential gives me great satisfaction. I am patient, supportive, and adaptable, which allows me to connect with different types of learners and create a positive learning environment.
Teaching also allows me to continuously learn and improve myself. I value communication, creativity, and lifelong learning, and the classroom provides an opportunity to combine all these qualities. I am motivated by the idea of shaping young minds, encouraging critical thinking, and inspiring learners to achieve their goals.
For me, teaching is not just a job — it is a meaningful way to contribute to society and empower others for a better future.

Learning English should be exciting, practical, and meaningful — not boring or confusing. My English lessons are unique because they focus on real-life communication, confidence building, and active participation. I believe students learn best when they feel comfortable, motivated, and involved in the lesson.
In my classroom, English is not just about grammar rules and memorising vocabulary. It is about using the language in real situations. Learners practice speaking through discussions, role-plays, debates, and interactive activities that make learning enjoyable. This helps students improve their pronunciation, fluency, and confidence naturally.
What makes my lessons effective is my student-centred approach. I understand that every learner is different, so I adapt my teaching style to suit different learning speeds and abilities. I provide clear explanations, practical examples, and supportive feedback to help each learner improve step by step.
