About Keira-Mae

I am a final year Social Policy, Politics and Economics student who has a keen interest in interdisciplinary thought. As a result of studying three subjects simultaneously, I am well versed in 'putting different hats on', so to speak. As such, I enjoy reading a diverse range of sources and challenging traditional lines of thought.

Outside of my degree, I enjoy reading pop psychology, fiction and political books. I am also an avid pianist.

About the lesson

I create and teach lessons for GCSE and A-Level students looking to improve their essay-writing skills, reading comprehension, and critical analysis.

Through my tutoring, I help students develop clear, well-structured arguments, engage deeply with texts, and craft high-level essays with greater confidence and sophistication.

As a Social Policy, Politics and Economics student, I have extensive experience producing high-quality academic writing and have achieved numerous first-class essays across my degree subjects. I also achieved Grade 9 in both GCSE English Language and English Literature, giving me an advantageous understanding of the skills required to excel at GCSE and A-Level.

My lessons are tailored to each student's needs and mainly focus on essay structure, exam technique, critical thinking and high-level analysis, as well as improving written expression.
