About Tayara
With 6 years of teaching and professional experience, I am a committed Piano tutor who enjoys guiding students through their musical development. I teach piano to school and college students and believe music education should be positive and inspiring.
One important milestone in my career was understanding how personalised teaching helps students learn better. This helped me design lessons that suit individual learning styles.
My lessons focus on technique, rhythm, posture, and music reading. I also encourage students to express themselves through music, making learning enjoyable.
I believe piano learning improves confidence and focus. Many of my students developed strong practice habits and self-belief through music.
My teaching style is supportive, calm, and motivating. I aim to help students enjoy piano learning and feel proud of their progress.

I approach piano teaching with a focus on personalised learning, creativity, and practical application. Every student has a unique way of learning, so I adapt lessons to their style, whether visual, auditory, or hands-on. I prioritise communication, making sure students understand every concept clearly, from basic techniques to complex music theory, so they can progress confidently.
I make lessons engaging through real-life examples and case studies, like analysing favourite songs, exploring classical pieces, or examining how music is applied in films and daily life.
In addition to piano, I teach music theory, sight-reading, rhythm exercises, ear training, improvisation, and beginner composition, giving students a full musical foundation.
My goal is to help students develop technical skill, musical creativity, and performance confidence, while encouraging a lifelong passion for music.
