About Jack
For over 12 years, I have been teaching Piano to students of all ages and skill levels. I work with school students, college students, and working professionals, providing lessons that are customized to each student's needs and aspirations.
My teaching philosophy is based on patience, communication, and positive motivation. I believe every student has the ability to succeed when they receive the right support and practical guidance.
Students in my classes learn piano techniques, scales, chords, rhythm development, sight reading, ear training, music theory, improvisation, performance preparation, and proper practice techniques. I focus on helping students become confident performers while enjoying the learning process.
In addition to Piano instruction, I teach keyboard fundamentals and music reading. These subjects improve musical understanding and help students perform with greater confidence.
I am committed to creating a welcoming learning environment where students feel encouraged to grow. My aim is to help students achieve their goals while developing a lasting passion for music.

My teaching philosophy is to make every piano lesson meaningful, enjoyable, and inspiring. By combining communication, creativity, flexibility, and encouragement, I help students learn with confidence while developing technical ability and musical understanding.
Students begin by building a strong foundation through posture, hand position, finger exercises, rhythm, note reading, and music theory. As they improve, they move on to scales, chords, arpeggios, dynamics, articulation, pedal techniques, expressive performance, and sight reading.
I use demonstrations, practical exercises, and listening activities to explain every concept clearly. Students are encouraged to ask questions, practice regularly, and understand the purpose behind every technique. Continuous feedback keeps students motivated and focused on improvement.
Students also learn music from different styles and improve creativity through accompaniment, improvisation, and musical expression. These activities help them become confident performers.
Besides piano, I teach keyboard techniques, ear training, rhythm development, music theory, sight reading, performance preparation, music appreciation, and beginner composition. These additional subjects strengthen complete musicianship.
My goal is to guide students toward becoming independent learners who enjoy music for a lifetime.
