About Violet

With 6 years of tutoring experience, I specialise in teaching French to high school and college students. I have successfully guided 150–200 students in developing strong language skills and achieving academic success. I enjoy making French learning simple and approachable.

My teaching philosophy focuses on understanding, consistency, and encouragement. I explain grammar concepts in simple English and help students practise them through writing and speaking activities. This helps students gain confidence and long-term understanding.

I personalise my lessons based on each student’s learning pace and goals. I support students with exams, assignments, and general language improvement. I also track progress closely and provide clear feedback.

A major achievement in my teaching career is seeing students improve their grades and confidence in French. Many students who felt unsure at first now enjoy learning the language. My aim is to make French learning effective and enjoyable.

About the lesson

My French teaching methodology is based on practical learning, flexibility, collaboration, and compassion. I use real-life examples and case studies from daily life, travel, academics, and professional settings to help students understand how French is used in real situations.

I customise lessons to suit each student’s learning style, pace, and goals, ensuring consistent improvement. Collaboration is encouraged through interactive dialogues, role-plays, and communication-focused activities that build fluency and confidence.

I teach with patience and understanding, supporting students throughout their learning journey. Along with French instruction, I also teach grammar, vocabulary development, pronunciation and phonetics, reading and writing skills, conversational French, cultural awareness, and exam-focused learning.
