Level 3 experienced with all ages, backgrounds and abilities. I volunteer at a gym that designed for people with disabilities or whom have suffered from a cardiac injury. I take great pride in my role there and helping the community the best I can

Qualified and have experience in gym based boxing, Pilates, spin, circuit training, legs bums and tums and boot camp. I love my job as a PT as it is extremely rewarding not just changing someone physically but more so mentally and emotionally
