About Alessandra
My name is Alessandra, I am a sixth form student studying Biology, Chemistry, Maths and Economics in Cambridge. I enjoy teaching and am particularly excited to show you how amazing STEM subjects are! I also love to learn and so I welcome feedback at the end of every lesson as I am keen to tailor my lessons to exactly what you are looking for. My lessons are tailored for each individual student so there is no fixed method I use every time - I will adapt my lessons for the learning style of each individual. Lessons typically last 1 hour but this is flexible. Generally I will begin with theory and key information before following on with plenty of exam questions so the student is confident in applying the knowledge and understanding how to answer questions in exams. All my lessons will be based off the specification for the relevant subject and exam board so students are taught the information required for exams - however, I am happy to go beyond the syllabus if I feel the student will benefit and enjoy doing so!
