I would set boundaries from the start so that the children remain respectful to not only me but the other children around them. The right approach to learning is getting the students to understand the benifits of education and how it will help them in the future
I believe in effectively planning time and activities. Planning helps significantly reduce the stress placed on me and the children secondly I believe in maintaining a positive mind set if ur happy and positive this rubs of on ur colleges and the students creating a much less stressful environment
I believe that children work in very different ways for example I work best with visual representation however other children may not therefore I will cater to the needs as students for them to gain the best understanding the possibly can I’ll also try to make the educational environment very stress free and I think the best way to go about that is with detailed planning by planning it helps the children not feel pressured and it will also create a fun workspace for them
