About Aaron
"Fifteen years of teaching vocalists has sharpened my focus on the mechanics of song. I have coached hundreds of singers ranging from complete novices to seasoned performers through the complexities of diction and articulation. This path includes technical work on tone and resonance alongside deep dives into stage fear management and belting technique.
Achieving control requires consistent study of pitch and vocal health. My studies at the University of Otago gave me a structural understanding of the music business which complements my practical training. Whether addressing microphone technique or preparing for formal exams, I prioritize the sound you want to make. It is about the music."

"Air moves through your cords as we warm up to create a balanced, resonance-filled sound. These sessions run for 60 minutes and center on your specific vocal goals, blending technical exercises with the songs you actually enjoy singing.
You get access to recorded warm-up routines shared for daily home practice to keep your voice supple between our meetings. We spend time refining harmony singing and performance confidence so you feel ready for any stage. With 13 years of instruction behind me, I ensure our pacing feels natural and productive. You will find that regular practice makes the difficult parts easier over time."
