About Jessica
I am a published song-writer and singer, you can find my work through my artist name 'Jessie Max' on all major streaming platforms.
I teach song-writing and coach women how to release music as an independent artist through the Songwriting Sisterhood which I founded in April 2022.
I've completed Catch the Moon's 6-Figure Song-writing Course and Voice Memo to Demo (Produce Like a Boss). I also completed training at the Virtual School of Sound in music engineering.
I'm also a trained Life Coach through the Clique Academy.

I always start with goal-setting with my students so they have a direction for where the next 6-12 months will take them. I tailor each lesson to the student depending on what their needs are. We'll start with your big dreams, your skillset, what you would like to learn and improve on.
Most creatives experience limiting beliefs about their abilities at some point so I also offer coaching sessions and homework to dig deeper into their subconscious to release some of the negative beliefs that could be holding them back.
I teach all aspects of song-writing including structure, lyrics and melody. We'll look at individual songs but also crafting an album and storytelling.
I can also assist with production at an intermediate level. I use Ableton Live but I can assist you with an overview regardless of which DAW you're using.
I'll also teach you how to release your music on all major platforms as an independent artist. I also cover promotion, including pitching for Spotify playlists and social media.
The lesson can be on Zoom or Discord and I like to maintain a fun, relaxed atmosphere in my lessons.
