About Dewald
Hello, my name is Dewald. I have seven years of experience, teaching English, Creative Arts and Social and Natural Sciences at well known school such as Laerskool Impala and Laerskool Dalview. I studied at AROS, completing up to 3rd year and currently I'm finishing my degree at UNISA. I am also currently finishing a TEFL certificate.
I strive to make the lessons exciting and fun with using real life experiences. Language lessons gets integrated with natural sciences and creative arts.
I like having interesting conversations about any topic you desire to talk about. I love music and have been playing guitar for 13 years; so playing music rather than talking is a go.
I am proficient in both English and Afrikaans and can teach all learning content in both languages
My passions are music, art and nature of which I have a lot of knowledge I can share with you.
I am looking forward to having interesting and mindful conversations with you, and making music to stomp our feet to.

Lessons are based on their interests using a variety of approaches to achieve the learning objectives and goals. I am proficient in both English and Afrikaans.
