I teach by example. I always relate situations/ problems with real world situations. Having done a business degree, despite this being massively valuable I believe that the learning there is vastly different from real world.
My experience lies with having dealt with people overseas for over 22 years (I say People as organizations are people at the end of the day).
I started my first business, but taking the bull by the horns and traveling to China, and making contacts, building a business by meeting people and gaining from their experiences and always listening to their point of view.
