About Rocher
Hey there! I’m Rocher, and I get it—learning isn’t everyone’s favorite thing. It can feel like a grind, especially when it seems like school is just piling on more and more work. That’s exactly why I’m here, and why tutoring with me might feel a little different. I’m not here to add to the stress; my goal is to make things clearer, easier, and yes, even faster to get through so that you see real improvement in your grades.
With three years of tutoring under my belt, I’ve learned what it’s like to be on both sides of the table. I know the pressures, the frustrations, and that a lot of times you’re here because you want to see results—or maybe because your parents want to see results. I respect that, and I’m not about wasting your time. My approach is direct and focused: we spend 30 minutes learning the key stuff you need, 20 minutes doing short, realistic tests to see how much is sticking, and then we finish with 10 minutes identifying any issues and fixing them right away.
The point is to make sure you feel ready for tests and exams without the unnecessary stress. I’m used to working with different learning styles and challenges, so if something doesn’t work for you, let me know—I’m flexible, and I can adapt to whatever approach helps you best. The goal is simple: get your grades up and give you proof that these sessions are making a real difference. Let’s tackle this together.

I have been tutoring for 3 years now and have always found it to be a mutually rewarding experience. I find and allocate learning resources that are tailored to my specific student and their learning needs.
I am familiar with students who have Autism, ADHD, ASD, and Asperger syndrome, these neurodiversity’s make no difference to me and I can assure a meaningful and engaging learning experience for your child.
My lessons and qualifications suite me for tutoring students between the ages of 14 and 17 who are falling behind in their performance or studies at school.
Each lesson by me is normally broken down into three parts…
30mim learning
this time is for information to be absorbed from a combination of hard copy, and digital resources
20min testing
Testing is done to normalise the feeling of being in an exam and provide insight into learning progress, strengths and weaknesses, and knowledge gaps
10min evaluation
This time is for self evaluation and correction of mistakes that were made in the test. This is so that you their aware of what they did wrong and how to correct it.
Afterwards I analyse their test so that I may gain insight into where they’re lacking and plan my next lesson accordingly. You as the Parent/Caregiver also have full insight into their tests so that you may also see how they are progressing.
