About Thokozani

I am a Senior phase educator teaching Mathematics for 22 years. I'm currently studying for my Masters degree in Educational Leadership and Management. Im very passionate about my job with more interest on the development and success of children. I'm goal orientented and hardworking.

Covid 19 pandemic has changed my teaching methodology to be more learner - based. My approach to lessons is to allow learners to take leadership roles in their learning process by being in charge. Taking the role of a facilitator has proven to e more effective in the learning process. Kids easily forget what you tell them but hardly forget what they did. That's my approach.
