About Alistair
I'm a knowledgeable, approachable and friendly guy.
I love to teach and did want to be a teacher at one time. Although I took on other roles, I've always loved to help others and communicate high-level medical and scientific concepts.
I've taught many junior medical writers in my current role and I held exam-cram sessions for my friends back in university.

I'm currently a Medical Writer with over 10 years experience. I have a PhD in Biochemistry, and a BSc in Molecular and Cellular Biology. I got straight As in my A-levels, which were Biology, Chemistry and History.
My style is light and friendly, but with an eye for detail and frequently checking back to make sure that we have things understood and remembered. My mantra is that there's no such thing as a bad question.
Typically my sessions would be 30-60 minutes, depending on the topic and the amount of material covered.
In terms of levels, I can cover biology from GCSE to Degree level, and Chemistry for GCSE/A-level.
