About Aria
Students and parents can feel confident knowing they're working with a tutor who has real experience across multiple settings, including as an elementary school teacher's assistant, in one-on-one tutoring, in structured programs, and in private instruction.
Teaching private drum lessons has been equally as formative as my academic tutoring experiences. The process of breaking down a complex skill for a frustrated student and watching it finally land translates directly into academic tutoring. Patience, clear communication, and knowing when to switch approaches are skills I use in every session.
Sessions are prepared, focused, and respectful of a student's time. I communicate openly with students and parents, set clear goals, and track progress so everyone stays informed and confident in the direction we're heading.
My goal is not just to get a student through a test, it's to build the skills and confidence they need to carry forward. Every student deserves a tutor who shows up prepared and genuinely invested in their success. That's the standard I bring to every session.
