About Reshmi
I have been a dedicated English educator with over 25 years of teaching experience in reputed schools, including 10 years as Head of Department. Over the course of my career, I have worked with students across different academic levels, helping them improve grammar, writing skills, comprehension, spoken English, and overall confidence in communication.
I help create a learning environment that is supportive, structured, and encouraging. Every student learns differently, and I make a conscious effort to adapt my teaching methods according to individual needs and goals. My classes focus on clarity of concepts, regular practice, and building confidence gradually, one at a time.
Apart from academic improvement, I also encourage students to become more expressive, thoughtful and comfortable in using the English language effectively. I value professionalism, punctuality and maintaining a positive rapport with both students and parents.

My teaching approach is structured, student-centric and interactive. Every learner has a different pace and style of grasping the subject matter, so I adapt my methods according to the individual needs of the student. My aim is not only to improve academic performance but also to build confidence and clarity in communication.
My focus is on strengthening grammar, comprehension, vocabulary, writing skills, and spoken English through clear explanations, regular practice, and practical application. I encourage students to think critically, express themselves confidently, and develop an ease with the language.
Every new class usually begins with a quick recapitulation of the previous lesson, followed by concept explanation, guided practice, discussion and exercises tailored to the student’s level and goals. I also provide regular feedback and support to help students improve consistently.
One of my strengths as a teacher is patience and personalised guidance developed through over 25 years of teaching experience, including 10 years as Head of Department in reputed schools. I believe in creating a supportive and encouraging learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and improving step by step.
