About Augustin
A 2014 graduate of Audencia Nantes, I quickly joined a renowned consulting firm on the market. Founder of a start-up in Shanghai, and with 6 years of experience in a consulting firm, I carry out weekly 2nd and 3rd round interviews within my firm. My approach adapts according to your needs: - The CV review and cover letter necessarily involves a rigorous recovery and highlighting what will make you exceptional in the eyes of a recruiter - Training in practical cases will depend on your level and your understanding of the exercise (objectives for recruiters, qualities sought ...), will allow the conduct of at least one case actually imposed in my passages from recent interviews, and will allow you to master the intellectual development ( steps and questions), the right way to present the conclusions. - Coaching in the so-called "personality" interview or in the first rounds will be based on rapid information gathering, a presentation of the objectives and the levers of convictions to activate in order to successfully pass to the next stage Membership in a series of private lessons will finally allow you to chisel your message and your tools, and requires work between each course: ==> Formulation of the professional project ==> Preparation of the candidate's "toolbox" ==> Work on the pitches (30 seconds, 1 minute, 3 minutes, 5 minutes) ==> Strategic approach to the interview (introduce, tender poles, question and seduce, conclude)
