If i do need to visit a student at home then will charge travel expenses if the distance is too far to walk, as i use public transport for travel..though prefer to tutor mainly online where possible. In the case of genuine hardship prices can be negotiated, and last minute cancellations where i am not able to replace the lesson with another student will be charged the full hourly rate, and other cancellations half the hourly rate unless re-booking an alternative tutoring session where the candidate will not be charged.
