Prior to this, my roles at Tech Mahindra and Upstox honed my problem-solving skills and adaptability, qualities essential for effective teaching. My own school experience, while valuable, wasn't without its challenges. I often had strong opinions about the teaching methods and the broader education system, feeling there were missed opportunities to truly engage students.
Back then, I couldn't enact change, but now I can. I believe students thrive when they have a mentor, someone who understands their perspective and can guide them, not just lecture them. I envision myself as that friend, someone who can make learning exciting and relevant, while still maintaining a framework of discipline to ensure progress.
I want to show younger students that learning isn't a chore; it's an adventure, and I'm here to help them explore it.
