About Jonathan
I am a semi-retired professional still passionate for work, with over 30 years project management and 10 years business management experience. To back my many years of hands-on experience, I have two degrees – a BTech in Business Management and an MBA from Curtin University of Technology (Australia), both achieved with Distinction. My field of business is primarily Integrated Logistic Support (ILS) for complex systems e.g. vessels including Frigates and Submarines, aircraft and locomotives. We’ve always delivered successfully on our projects including international, with numerous long-term relationships ongoing. The key to the success of our business has always been our Team, with each and every person being important to the success of the mission and the team as a whole (no matter their role and responsibility). I always strive to have the right skills in place for the required work, and to lead in a way that facilitates each person to give their best in their work effort, and provides opportunity for personal growth.

My method of teaching is based on my business studies, tempered by hands on experience gained in the workplace over more than 40 years. Depending on the subject / topic required to be taught, the necessary subject matter material is used as the basis for firstly, conceptual understanding together with robust discussion, followed by practical application through assignments and feedback sessions.
