About Leon
My name is Leon Matata. I have zero qualifications what so ever. I finished matric in 2021 and have no funds to study further. What I have is a passion. A passion and desire to help other people reach their fitness goals. I played multiple sports in school including rugby, Cross Training and athletics. Throughout this time i discovered the best methods to help people reach their goals faster. You don't believe me, give it a try. I DARE you!
