About Amanda
Being a passionate educator, I have taken part in many professional learning communities and work well collaborating with peers. It is my goal to continue to learn and grow throughout my career. Being a varsity cheer and volleyball coach taught me how to nurture confidence in young adults. I was also able to exemplify coping skills that allow students to work through stressful situations. Overall, it deepened my value of scholars being involved in more than just academics. Whether it is coaching or showing up to a game, one's presence makes a difference with morale and building relationships. I am eager to contribute to the academic growth and success of all students. I am confident that I have the skill set as a teacher to be an asset to any learner.
