About Megan
Originally from the UK, I have maintained a keen interest in travel and the world around us from a young age. This motivated me to study Geography and later complete a Postgraduate degree in secondary teaching to share my knowledge and inspire future generations.
I am first and foremost an enthusiastic and reflective practitioner who engages with many approaches to ensure that I excel at delivering effective learning and teaching. This is underpinned by delivery of consistent, high quality lessons that are well planned in a structured, welcoming environment that fosters an ethos of support and ambition.
I have worked with pupils from the ages of 11-18 for two years in a secondary school setting, taking time to get to know each pupil so that resources can be adapted to suit their needs whilst challenging all to reach their full potential.
Meaningful feedback is provided to pupils both written and verbally so all young people know their targets and are actively involved in their learning journeys.
