About Tiara
As a middle school and high school instructor, I have a great amount of experience in working with students of all ages, backgrounds, and abilities. I have a background in elementary reading instruction as well as a background in special education. I diversify my instruction as much as possible and connect to the student on an individual level to personalize instruction which leads to a longer-lasting understanding of the material.

My differentiated instructional methods prove that learning can be fun. I have proved through elevated state assessment scores that hands on techniques and learning through play tend to be the most efficient methods of instruction. I do my best to appeal to all four types of learners.
