I am an Australian teacher (Bachelor of Education and Masters of Education) specialising in History, Drama, Research Studies and general skills. I believe tutoring should be student-centered and focusing on individual needs developing both weaknesses and strengths. Tutoring can succeed where mainstream schooling unfortunately fails learners.

My teaching methodology is based on constructivist pedagogy. Students need explicit modelling and guidance before being able to complete work themselves. It is my role as an educator to create a safe environment for students to make mistakes and learn from them, all while I guide them to a better solution.
