About Arjan
I am a dedicated GCSE Biology tutor who takes pride in delivering clear, structured and supportive lessons. My teaching approach focuses on simplifying complex topics, building strong understanding and developing confident exam technique. I achieved an A in GCSE Biology and a B at A level, and have hands-on experience tutoring younger students in STEM subjects during my studies. I deliver 45-minute online lessons tailored for GCSE Biology students, with 20 minutes of focused teaching followed by 25 minutes of guided exam-style question practice. This structure builds strong understanding and confident exam technique. My teaching style is calm, structured, and personalised, breaking complex concepts into simple steps using diagrams, real examples, and active recall. I achieved an A in GCSE Biology and a B in A-Level Biology, and I previously tutored younger students in STEM subjects throughout my A levels, strengthening my communication and teaching skills. These lessons are ideal for learners aged 14–16 who want to boost understanding, confidence, and exam performance.
