For me, tutoring is more than just a job; it is an opportunity to share my knowledge and develop more skills. I seek this tutoring position as I am passionate about teaching and have a desire to help students succeed. This is also for my own professional and personal growth and to be financially independent. I have different approaches to teaching and simplify my explanations. I build confidence with my learners, and I am flexible and supportive.
