About Anele
I am Anele Zwane, I am 20 years old and I am a second-year student. I am already doing a Bed degree specializing with Physical sciences in Fet and mathematics and natural science in senior. I love teaching since I was young and I was inspired by my physical science when I was in high school. I lost my father and my brother at the same time and I was so traumatized in such a way that I started performing poorly in my subjects. So my teacher inspired me and brought aspiration that anything is possible no matter what happens. I want to be a teacher who inspires learners that no matter what challenges you may face in life you can still make it in life. I also seen many matric learners not getting access to university because of their lower level mark in physical science and mathematics thus that hurt me a lot. I want to change that mindset of that these subjects are difficult by trying to simplify them to my learners, making them easier and fun. I'm passionate about teaching. I love learning from other people and sharing knowledge. I'm a good communicator and I like helping people. If it happens I try to help my learners and don't understand I try to use another better strategy of teaching them.

I have been in numeric training for two weeks last year where I have been taught how to produce quality lesson plans in class. I have also done my teaching practice module last year which was preparing me to become a well-equipped teacher. I used different teaching strategies to accommodate everyone in my classroom and that what my lesson plans unique. I always ensure that each and every single topic of the day is easier and fun. That's all because I have high expectations for all of my learners. I used different colors on the board to highlight important information so that every learner understands. Explain topics in different ways. I allow my learners to ask questions so that they gain more understanding. Providing different materials to revise after we had done each and every lesson. Also using previous question papers to practice. Communication between me and my learners is very important to me and allowing them to give their points of view.
