About Aleena
I want to teach because I enjoy helping others understand challenging topics and watching their confidence grow. I studied biology at A-level and continue to develop my knowledge at degree level as a pharmacy student. I also have experience tutoring friends, family, and younger siblings, helping them learn through patience and clear explanations.

Hi! I’m a second-year MPharm (Pharmacy) student with a genuine passion for Biology and helping students feel more confident in the subject. I know that Biology can sometimes feel overwhelming, but with the right support, it can become much easier to understand and even enjoyable.
My lessons are relaxed, friendly, and tailored to each student. Whether you’re preparing for GCSEs or A-Levels, catching up on topics you’ve found difficult, or aiming for the highest grades, I’ll adapt each lesson to suit your needs. I explain concepts in a clear, simple way and use exam-style questions and revision techniques to help you build confidence and improve your results. We would focus on building understanding rather than memorisation, using clear explanations, exam-style questions, active recall, and revision techniques to boost confidence and improve grades.
I’m patient, approachable, and always encourage questions, no matter how big or small. My goal is to create a comfortable learning environment where you can learn at your own pace and leave each lesson feeling more confident than when you started.
