I like to understand my students first before I start teaching them. So, I like to know what is the best way to teach them and help them understand the subjects. Once I am aware of this I like to show them videos and give them questions to help them understand the topic, as well as simplifying content into an easy way whilst still teaching them the relevant content required for the top grades.
