I am a scientific consultant, with a Bachelor of Science in human genetics and a Master of
Science in biomolecular science. I have tutored at the secondary school biology level for 6-7 years. Also have experience in tutoring algebra and chemistry at the same level.

My teaching method is highly flexible. I am personally a visual learner so enjoy using diagrams. I also like to do a pre-assessment of the topic I'm teaching to understand where a student is, in terms of their learning. This helps me to understand where to focus my attention and helps the student understand where there might be holes in their knowledge or processes. I'm interested in teaching students how to learn rather than just giving them information point blank.
