About Bea
I struggled throughout my education with learning and school. I didn't enjoy school and found learning very difficult. I decided to be a tutor to make sure I can do my utmost for students to not feel how I did. I am eager to contribute my skills and knowledge to inspire students and help them reach their academic goals. Furthermore, my empathetic nature and understanding of the challenges faced by students will allow me to provide comprehensive support and foster a positive learning experience.

My passion for teaching and helping others has been evident throughout my journey as a 1:1 tutor. Over the past four years, I have successfully tutored students ranging from 6 to 18 years old, assisting them in a wide range of subjects and promoting their academic growth. I have skills in adapting teaching methods to suit different learning styles, creating engaging lesson plans, and fostering a positive and supportive learning environment. I think it is cruical to tailor approaches to meet the unique needs of each student. I am happy to do shorter lessons with breaks or even 'walking quizzes' for students who prefer to be active while learning.
