About Sinawo
During my schooling period, I see teachers as hustlers for their earning while giving themselves on school curriculum.
I've developed the bond, love and humanity towards the black students. The more time proceeds I've tell myself that choosing this field of education won't make me to hesitate. I take this path because of loving our black students to success in life and be the great things nor like us.
Education is the mother of all professions.
I've started my school practice on July in that school I've been studying. I've experienced many things like while I'm outside the school premises, but I was having self confidence.
The time goes on inside the school premises and everything was new like staying with new people ( staff) participating in schools morals (activities).On my way to a classroom with my mentor, I've noticed school culture;that this learners are different in nationalism or race. I've noticed school climate that there's a school policy that is followed in this school , because every learner wear the same uniform where it's stated in school uniform.

I'm a creative and critical thinker towards my work. I'm using the following learning and teaching strategies; Telling method, discovery method and demonstration method.
I'm always ask learners what they know before teaching them which is Previous knowledge. I associate the subject lessons to what is happening in their communities.
I'm using English as a language of instruction to accommodate every learners , because they are coming from diverse backgrounds.
I'm strictly aiming to all of my learners , because I expecteing them to understand what I'm teaching. I divides( separate) my pupils according their understanding and commitment in class.Giving my learners group work to cooperate together for sharing of cognitive skills. I engage my learners with pair work and researches for them to find out the findings of the task.
