If ever there was a teacher who thinks outside of the proverbial box it is Ndubisi. He is exceptionally creative in his teaching approach setting high standards for students and motivating them to, not only meet, but to exceed those standards.He makes himself available to students before and after school for extra help, and I understand he is quick to respond to concerned parents via phone or email. He has a talent for engaging the students and making even the most disinterested look forward to his class. Those who already love math thrive in his classes. He has the ability to quickly identify how each student learns best and works with those who are struggling in the manner that best suits their learning style.
