About Esian
I myself struggled to learn in school as a person with undiagnosed ADHD, and I had to become quite creative, creating my own methods to manage a high average and to focus in class. Also, explaining and exposing students to the same material more effectively is very important to me, seeing that it is something lacking in most school systems.

I come from a family of teachers and am quite familiar with different teaching methods.I find that most individuals learn better with hands on experience adding a bit more practical methods while still incorporating visual and audio characteristics to my lessons, however I adapt to the students learning-and personality type. I usually start by letting students fill in a questionnaire. Just to see how to take on the specifics of the student's needs.
