About Kusum
I am an experienced Architecture tutor with 17 years of teaching experience, helping students at all levels from school to university and beyond. Over the years, I have successfully taught around 150 students, guiding them to improve their skills, confidence, and academic performance.
My teaching philosophy is simple I believe in making learning practical, clear, and meaningful. I focus on helping students understand concepts deeply rather than just memorising. I use real-life examples, case studies, and design-based learning to make Architecture easy to understand and interesting. I encourage students to think creatively, solve problems, and develop their own design ideas.
I teach a wide range of Architecture subjects including Architectural Design, Building Construction, Urban Planning, Interior Design, Landscape Design, Sustainable Design, and software tools like Revit, AutoCAD, and 3ds Max. I also help students with assignments, exam preparation, portfolio development, and project presentations.
I am known for being patient, flexible, and supportive. I adapt my teaching style based on each student’s needs and learning pace. I focus on building strong fundamentals and practical skills that help students not only in exams but also in their careers.
Many of my students have improved their grades, completed successful projects, and gained confidence in their design abilities. My goal is to guide every student towards success and help them build a strong future in Architecture.

My teaching approach in Architecture is practical, student-friendly, and focused on real understanding. I believe students learn best when they can connect theory with real-world design and construction. I use real-life examples and case studies from modern and traditional architecture to help students understand concepts clearly. This makes learning more interesting and meaningful.
I teach a wide range of subjects related to Architecture such as Architectural Design, Building Construction, Structural Basics, Urban Planning, Interior Design, Landscape Design, Sustainable Architecture, CAD Drafting, Revit, AutoCAD, 3ds Max, and basic SolidWorks for design support. I also guide students in portfolio development, design thinking, and project presentation skills.
My teaching style is flexible. I adjust my method based on each student’s level and learning speed. I focus on problem-solving by giving design challenges and practical tasks. I encourage students to think creatively and find their own solutions. At the same time, I provide full support when they feel stuck.
I strongly believe in integrity and honesty in teaching. I guide students step by step and make sure they understand every concept properly. I also show compassion and patience, especially when students face difficulties.
I help students with exam preparation, assignments, software skills, and job readiness. My goal is not just to teach, but to build confidence and strong architectural thinking in every student.
